Happy April!! Here is the final section of our Face the Barre series! Next month, we’ll be bringing you variations that you can throw into your Face the Barre classes to keep them fresh! This series delves into a cardio rond de jambe series, attitude pulse work and ball work to finish things off.

March 2019 Choreography


Spring is around the corner, and classes tend to fill up around this time of year, with people preparing for bikini season and summer vacations!

Face the barre is a great space saver when you’ve got a full class, and this series is next-level effective for burning fat and strengthening the entire body.

in part two of face the barre, you will see some familiar movements with a twist; most of the series is done in releve, so make sure to offer modifications at every stage of the series for clients with injuries or those who may be new to barre.

February 2019 Choreography


Happy February BodyBarre Beauties!! We are over the moon about the choreography we are releasing this month!!

We’ve been working on this new series for nearly a year now and can’t wait to hear what you think! This month’s series kicks off our “FAce-The-Barre” class…..a workout that is so effective, time-saving, and space-saving when you’ve got a full class!
