MOST BURN WORKOUTS REQUIRE A SET OF SMALL HAND WEIGHTS, AND MAY ALSO REQUIRE VARIOUS PROPS, WHICH MIGHT INCLUDE RESISTANCE BANDS, RESISTANCE LOOPS, ANKLE WEIGHTS, A PILATES BALL, AND A YOGA MAT, AND WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT THE BEGINNING OF CLASS.
